Payment/default complaint

Telkom is a real pain, they keep sending messages about an outstanding payment which has already been made, in addition to the payment I made on their portal, they sent a debit order for the full amount I owed, on a date that was not agreed on. The funds were received and cleared and updates on their portal have been made. Yet they are still threatening me with legal action, summons and all other ******* they can think of. I am annoyed by the way they choose to do business. They are quick to act when there is a "Default" yet don't respond to the action taken by me as a customer to rectify that.
