Payment still not allocated

My account was suspended last week and in spite of making 2 online credit card payments, nothing reflects and it still shows I owe the original amount.

Tried chatting to an agent online and after 30min he told me he couldn't help me and had to call back.

where can I send proof of payment and how can I get the amounts allocated to show I've paid to get my account unlocked
