payment rejection fee *******

telkom is debiting my account way b4 my paydate and charging me a r202.70 for payment rejection fee.these guys are sly.quering my account takes +-45 minutes being shunted from pillar to post.my telkom account number ***,this happens every month.i spoke to sisonke until the billings department deemed it proper to assist me
