Payment received but service not back

Telkom is a day light *******, i missed 1 month payment nd they cut the service, owk and after I got money I payed the outstanding balance 2gether with the following month bill nd ask them to open my line back, guess what it's been almost 8 days they haven't open it nd they deducted money 4 dt month.

When I can the other 1 says it will take 5 hours with no luck and the the other one is telling us about 7 days which all the days has passed with no luck. That means for the month of December I paid them for free with no service. ********
