Payment received but service cut off

My debit order went through on the 28th, my lines were working well. Suddenly a few days later my lines were cut off and when i called, I was told my payment ia not reflecting, For the next 5 days, they could see it but it was was now the problem with account, collections department to release I called 5 times a day for 13 days no joy. I have 5 accounts with Telkom and the inconvenience, they are horrible.
