Payment on contracts

So I app**** for a cell phone contract a while ago. My contract price every month is R300 as I am paying R200 for my phone amd R100 for my free me sim card. Telkom deducted R300 from my bank account even before I got the phone as a frist month payment. Please note that this payment was deducted by the sales team. I then got an invoce from telkom stating that they will be deductung R545 from my account at the end of May. I went kn to telkoms webstie and had a chat with an agent about this as I couldn' t understand why. The agent then told me the that the amount of R300 I paid as a first monthly paiment was deducted by the sales team and not the finace team. The agent then said the R300 would be paid into my account in about a months time and I still did not receive my money back. WHY IS TELKOM *****ING MONEY FOR THEIR CLIENTS????? THIS IS TOTALY UNACCEPTALBLE!!!!
