Payment methods don't work for Telkom and self help a joke

My service on Telkom Mobile was suspended so I paid EFT on FNB. Used the EFT code as my reference. They have no reference and after holding on for hours my service is still off. This is pathetic the self help service does not work I need my phone switched back on
