Payment made double via EFT

On the 5th February and 8th February i made two payments via EFT. The 5th February for the end January's account and the 8th February for the end of February's account, thus the end of February's account was paid in advance. The end March account states that I am 2 months in arrears. I have a case number ***7, quering and mails to prove my payments. End of March account is not as yet paid due to the delays and neglect from Telkom Mobile. The debit order was extended to the 10th of each month since January. On the 10th March the debit order did not go through as i paid the account in advance. Up until today this account is not resolved and i have been hard locked so no calls can be made of taken. I do not have an alternate number so what know.
