payment made but Telkom still suspended my account

i have a contract phone with telkom which i took in September 2020, in April 2021 the debit order bounced due to insufficient amount in my account and the services were suspended on 19 April 2021. 3 days after being suspended Telkom deducted double amount which in my understanding was to cover for April and May. but to my surprise my services were suspended again on 04 May and without any explanation as to what is going on because i have paid the outstanding amount owed to telkom. can someone please clarity what is going on and please restore the services immediately.
