Payment issues

At the end of June my debit order did not go off due to my salary being late, i then made a EFT payment to telkom. At the end of July however they double deducted my account and then still sent me a sms to say i am in arrears. I have tried to phone them but i get placed on hold. I have emailed them and no response. Anyone else have issues like this?
