Payment issue number 2

Dear telkom your service is very bad I don't know what the word should be to describe your service but ya. This is the 2nd time I am being over charged. I payed my phone bill 2 day before the due date but this month I am being panalysed for a late payment. Went into the branch at langeberg mall tells me that the payment date is on the 25th n I made a payment on the 23rd so late I don't truly understand the late they are talking about here, I ask to see the manager an the manager is never available an I already returned for the 3rd time to sort out the issue
