Payment done... No reconnection

The Poor and pathetic service provider who's favorite advice is... Send a Email with your complain.... Why not just say F-OFF..we don't give a Sh#@ To curb unemployment TELKOM employ and pay salaries paid to *********** Call center staff who can not Help Customers at all.... Their payment system is computerized that's why Customers wait 72 hour plus to get any Confirmation of payments received. Not to mention reconnection of service... Why have a Call center who can not do anything....
