Payment dispute

I am currently in the midst of a dispute with this service provider due to ineffective account recons around payments not being registered in time and resulting into penalties. If an automated process is involved here, your technical department needs to revise certain cyphers or algorithms. I have also emailed a consultant at the domain *** with all the proofs of payment since November 2023 up to current date. The latter has not communicated with me as of yet. I am very happy with the operating service, but internal affairs need to seriously improve. I am not paying more than is invoiced after payment - read that again!
