Payment Conformation

Good day. So last month I got an e mail from Telkom Mobile that there is a problem with their debit orders and that I should make an manual payment for my September invoice. And I did just that. 5 Days ago my line got suspended for no payment. Naturally I phoned them and was told to sent proof of payment which I did. I phoned agai. To confirm that they did receive the proof and so they confirmed. 72 Hours later and still suspended. I phoned in again to ask what was going on and was tols that the lady I sent the proof to was not in and as far as they can tell no case has been opened. So I was told to sent another email with the proof wich I did ans then phoned again. Once again I was told that no case has been opened as yet. Please Hello Peter can you help me to get thia resolved as I am getting frustrated with them now.
