Payment arrangement

I've been trying to make payment arrangements with Telkom from the 01.02.23 I have spoken to 4 consults now none of them is helping me and when I'm asking to speak to their supervisor they tell me I should wait I even pay an amount that I was supposed to pay. Can customer service contact me
