Payment arrangement

Telkom is refusing to sort out my debit order query and I have been waiting for a call from them for the feedback. I am truly disappointed as I ha e been with Telkom for a few years and this is my worst experience with them. They are not willing to help and see the customers point of view. I am truly not pleased and I am still waiting for the call
