Payment and still black listed

<p>After a year of disputing an which was incorrectly invoiced to me by Telkom, I was blacklisted due to non payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>I them hen made a payment to avoid damage to my credit status. This was then promised to be removed which to this day (8 months later) is still blacklisted. </p> <p> </p> <p>So i ended up laying for a service which I did not agree with and additionally ended up being blacklisted without this being removed even after payment. </p>
