what is going on with telecom billing .ive been up to date for 3 months and now i get a billing for 500 outstanding and then extra fees on top of that .Never was it mentioned there was outstanding amount i phoned every month to call center and used the whats app .enough is enough .I tried to phone not waiting more then 30 minutes to talk to some one .i tried the app to dispute ,guess what not working . I refuse to pay .you can wait till after lock down til i physically can speak to some one .this is not the first time .
