Paying TELKOM for nothing

<p>November 16th now. At the end of July 2016 I recieved a call from a Tlekom telemarketer who offered me a deal with TELKOM. The deal were to get 13 gig of data with a router at R160 a month. I accepted the deal, but when the goods were delivered I were informed that the deal were for two contracts with only one gig of data. After spending about 16 hours on the phone to 081 180 a ref no were given to me. A week later I recieved a call and it were confirmed that the information given to me were misleading and the contract were to be cancelled. The goods were collected from me. Countless hours on the phone and 5 months later I am still paying and I can not stop the payment as it were placed on my account by Telkom. The total of money lost to this is difficuld to calculate as it includes a lot of phonecalls and about R2000 of monthly payments. I dont have any product or service from TELKOM but I am paying</p> <p>What to do I dont know as I cant find a way to resolve this.</p>
