Paying for uncapped but its not uncapped

<p>I've got a telkom 4mb uncapped line at my house and this month all of the sudden my download speed is 0,30mb and i had to finish projects for work and ended up buying bundle data's on my cellphone to finish these project. i really think this is false adverti*****t as you are telling your clients they have a uncapped line and then it is not a uncapped line.</p>
