Paying for TWO LANDLINES but only have ONE
<p>RE: Telephone number ********** 030 and ********** 699</p> <p>To Whom It May Concern</p> <p>Kindly note we have encountered issues for the last month with our telephone number ********** 030 which is in the name of H Emmanuel ID number</p> <p>I have given permission to my son to install wifi internet uncapped deal promotion for R799 a month</p> <p>Four technicians were at home to install however we refused as they have given a different telephone number ********** 699 for this to be done and we currently have a land line number which we did not want to replace.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last technician JP Williams Reg CY146468 assured us and explained on 12th June 2017 that he will install the wifi and after two days the number will change to ********** 030</p> <p> </p> <p>Our frustration is we have two telephone numbers with 2 bills however one telephone.</p> <p> </p> <p>We contacted the sales departments spoke to various departments and did not receive positive feedback to solve the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>All we would like is the original telephone ********** 030 which we had for the past 27years to be reconnected and functional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please attend to this matter as a matter of urgency</p> <p>Looking forward to your response.</p> <p>Kind regards,</p> <p>H Emmanuel</p> <p> ********** 840</p> <p> </p>
