Paying for something I don't have
So I have been waiting on a router to be sent to me since I did my upgrade. Whenever I call Telkom or even chat or go to a store the system is offline. I have been paying for something I don't have. Funny how Telkom is never offline when it's time to take your money every month. This is ridiculous. Being a long standing customer, this is the worst ISP to deal with where customer services are concern.

So I'm taking no one is attending to my query.
If nothing is going to be done about my simple query, I want my contract cancelled free of charge
If I get charged for cancelling because of your horrible service, prepare yourself for the ombudsmen
