Paying for services I don't have!

Service is very poor. According to the coverage maps I get 10mbs in my area. I app**** for 10mbs only to be told I was too far from the exchange and could only get 8. App**** for 8mbs but they cannot apparently process the order as the old order for 10mbs has not been closed by IT and the biggest joke of all is that I am being charged for 10mbs that I dont have. Have phoned the call center numerous times and have escalated the query but no assisstance. If you have a choice, do not use telkom.
