PAYING FOR SERVICE YOU ARE NOT GETTING

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now the 2nd time I am going this route.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am paying for a 4Meg line, but I barely get 1Meg of speed. I log faults etc and nothing every happens. Telkom expects me to pay every month even though they are technically *****ing my money. How can I pay for something that I am not getting??????</p> <p> </p> <p>I am FED UP with trying to get someone to fix the problem. No one cares!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>Rudi</p>
