Paying for service not rendered

I was having a contract for a year with Telkom (2022 October to 2023 September) but my account was suspended since June due to late payment and since July I have been paying for the service which was not rendered for me. now Telkom has written a letter of demand for November and December payments which I don't understand. i do have the proof of payment for all the month without the service.
