Paying for nonsense

I took a HP leptop with Telkom November 2020 December the laptop stopped working, I was told I need to book the laptop myself, I called HP 3 consecutive days without any help, I'm paying eight hundred and something rand every month, it's really unacceptable. Where do I go in order for this situation to be sorted out because I really can't be paying for something that's not working.
