Paying for non -existent service

Telkom most pathetic customer service ever, I took out a contract with Telkom and 5 months of using it i cancelled because the service was very poor ,i received a case number saying i cancelled ,but every month i am getting billed for something i am not using,When you phone you will wait more than half and hour to get through to a consultant .. and O when i took out the contract no one told me that they charge R203 if not more for rejection fee.
