Paying for non existent service.

I have been a Telkom ADSL customer since 2004. I recently sold my house in the north west suburbs of Johannesburg to relocate to a small farm in Randfontein where there are no copper wires and ADSL. I instructed MWEB to cancel my ADSL account and transfer the management of my ADSL line back to Telkom and they obliged. Since September my account with MWEB has since been closed and I am not being billed by MWEB any longer. However ever since end of September Telkom argues that they have not recieved the management of the ADSL line from MWEB therefore I cannot neither cancel my service with them nor move over to a mobile package (3G or LTE). I have been to Telkom Direct stores on 3 occasions and their clueless people will always say \Sorry there is nothing we can do"and that is very irritating for a customer who is continously being charged for a service he cannot use. That line is left at my previous property and all I needed was for Telkom to help me make the service follow me. I am not trying to leave Telkom"
