PAYING FOR NO SERVICE - TIME TO SUE UNDER CPA
<p>I have had no landline sine the 07/09/16. Reported fault. Nobody attended. Went to Telkom Musgave, fault escalated, nobody called within 24hrs as promised. Tech finally arrived wthout notice, I was at work. Confirmed will be hme the next day at 8:00. Took the morning off, 10;30, no tech. Calld from cell phone, unable to assist me. Internet connction intermittent. Received text that upgrade has been completed. Bulldust, techs werwe on strike, no dealing with backlog. They shoul fire their CEO, clearly he appears to be ***********, whilst earning a fat salary. I think I will sue them under the CPA and resultant damage. Should be a nice payout. You should too. Lets all get rich from the ineffiencies.</p>
Technician attended. Problem resolved. Took him aout 45 mins for something had to wait days for. Thank you. Would like to ask, why does one have to take to social media to get service? Is Telkom going to be a reactive service provider rather than pro active one??
