Paying for no service

I have been trying to close a contract with Telkom for the past 5 years with no luck, I don't know how many cancellation forms I have completed or calls I have made with no success.... I don't know what to do any more... I am now requesting a refunds for all these years I have been paying for nothing... I call and get someone that promises to escalate and assist but nothing ever happens...i have gone in to Telkom stores no one is able to assist and at one time someone told me my contract is so old they are not able to close it or upgrade it,... so I guess mine is to continue paying for no service... when someone does try to help it gets to a dead end I am sure I have paid more than R5000 over the past 5 years.... I am now requesting for a refund as this is not fair now...
