Paying for no service!
<p>I reported my phone line months ago for noise on the line with no resolution!</p> <p>No the line is dead. I had the phone tested at Telkom Menlyn and they said it works fine. So the line is faulty. I get promise after promise, reference numbers that mean nothing. When asked if they will reduce my fees because of no service they said no I have a contract with them! Paying for NOTHING! Can you please sort this out or is it to difficult?</p>
Still not resolved!! Rep**** on 21 April with the tel number and reference and heard nothing. Line is still faulty. Maybe I should cancel my line!! This is pathetic service. Send someone out to fix our line, is that so difficult!! No one came out at all. No going on for more than 2 months!!!!!!!!!
