Paying for no service.

<p>I have been using telkom data service for 3years without any issues or down time. 5weeks a go the tower at Bobbiespark went down. I knew it was the tower bacause other users complained about the same problem on their fb page. Ive logge calls, private massage them on fb, called numerous times, made screen shots of the tests ive conducted, posted results of my tests on their fb page. They promised me this will get sorted and they will sent a technical engineer. Nothing to this day is being done to resolve this matter and i must pay for no services. They Made empty promises and dont deliver any service. </p>
