Paying for no service!

I can't even remember how many times I have already complained on HP but nothing seems to be getting done about my Problem!!!! Its been more than two months since I requested telkom to move my line and still nothing! I only receive a sporadic call now and again to ask me the same details the person that called the week before did!!!!!! BUT NOTHING IS GETTING DONE!!! I am a part time student, my online classes started last week so thanks to Telkoms brilliant service I missed it! If it coninues I am going to fail my degree because the can't do their jobs!!! I don't know what the problem is because there is Telkom technicians in Lichtenburg and I know one of them personally rather let a technician call me to come to my house and do the damn transfer!!!! PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR MESS!!!
