Paying for months after i cancelled my service

<p>I cancelled my service with telkom on November 2016 as we relocated and there are no telkom lines. I sent in the cancellation form to the email address the consultant gave me, last month i called them again and sent the email again. Every month since cancelling my service they deduct anything from R161 to R200+ . My balance apparently is over R1000. How is this possible. Numerous emails sent to the last email address and no reply, yet my money is being deducted!!! How is this going to be fixed and i want my money back!! </p>
