Paying for lte after I handed it back

<p>I have cancelled my telkom lte in November already and returned the device on 15 november. I have visited telkom shops 4 times and spend hrs on the phone. I just cannot get them to stop *****ing my money every month as they are still deducting but I have no device anymore. How do I make it stop as talking does not help</p>

Hi, so now the contract is cancelled after I was told there will be no penalty as it was cancelled due to no signal, not my request. So I am paying for poor internet signal. ****************
