Paying for internet that does not work
I am tired of Telkom adsl service. I pay close to R800 a month for uncapped internet, but it is not working almost 80% of the time. If you log a fault, it takes them a month and a half to resolve this, but in the meantime you have to pay for a service that is not delivered. Do anyone know if a consumer is protected in the case that Telkom asks a premium for a service, that it fails to deliver constantly? Because I want a refund for the downtime. Maybe then they will do something about their pathetic service.
