Paying for Internet and still no Internet

I've been trying to get my Internet back on with telkom now for the past month.

I have wasted more than R600 of money which I don't have for airtime to phone them just to activate my Internet again.

I bought their Internet bundle in October 2017 and for some reason they did not debit the amount due that month and continue to give me Internet until the 10th of January 2018.

The payment due from November 2017 was deducted in December 2017. Now 31 January 2018 the payment went off and I still have no Internet.

I need the Internet do send in my assignments which is going to cost me more than R55 000 if I fail.

I don't know what to do anymore??
