Paying for fast internet...getting dial up speeds

<p>My internet speed decreased to less than half the speed that I'm currently paying for. It's been over a week now. And this is the second time in less than 6 months that my internet speed has been affected. As a result I'm not going to be able to stream the rugby tomorrow. I thought that by reporting the fault five days ago it would be enough time for the technicians to come out and fix the problem. But clearly it is not.</p>
