Paying for DSL Service LIne that I dont Have its not in Existense

So i do not have a DSL line any longer , buy telkom ha owed me in december -R312 which was not Paid to me , in jan they owed me -R312,14 ,in FEB they Owed me -R94.24 , in March i owed them R 2278.94 , in April i owed them R2 645,45 may i dont see no Bill , tell me how does a normal person owe telkom for aDSL service and Number that Does not Exist Please tell me How does this Happen : ********** please some one help this fools
