Paying for data you do not receive

I have taken a telephonic contract out with Telkom for a mobile wifi router 15G for R99 pm.As i received device i was connected for 2 days ,i called telkom few times using exactly R200 worth of airtime to get answered i should go to the shop.i went to shop i was told i have a 500MB contract which i was furious with as now one person *****ed up my contract.they put me on a phone to speak to a consultant and just to be told i need to speak to sales and they not available.going back to the shop i ask someone to log a call again so they can explain to me whats going on and.....no callback !i decided to look on fb if i can post on their wall but i couldnt so inboxed them.i was again told im on the 15GB contract but i only had data for the first 2 days i received the device and im going into month 2 with THIS DEVICE and nk connection.The messenger consultant kept telling me to download the app which when i connect and put my details in it says they cannot get my info(i am now more upset ) i keep deleting and downloading an app to see what package im on and why im not connected.i left my number with them asking to just please call me as i have been back and forth for more than a month and TO TOP THE CAKE i got deducted R135.31 for an apparent R99 package deal whether it is 15GB or 500MB somehow is this not adding up!!!!!!!TELKOM PLEASE CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO HAS BEEN CALLING YOUR SERVICES SO MANY TIMES AND NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE OR THE SERVICE IT IS PAID FOR
