Paying for contract over 24 months!!!

Long story..... so u bought a tablet through telkom in 2015. During the year I did not pay for 2 months. My account was suspended. Fair enough. I then paid my account in full and asked for it to be unsuspended. The girl I spoke to on the phone as you know they can never help you in the branch.... Oh I bought the tablet at canal walk Century city. She gave me a new number... not knowing that it's a extended contract. I was susposed to be finish with the contract last year. Only to find out when I went into the branch that my contract only expires May 2018! I thought u have to joking! No one helps me. I have sent 2 complaints through to the branches at Canal walk and they put through 2 cases through which I have still no reply. I sick and tired of this! Paying for something that's supposed to be finished paid! I'm paying for this tablet over 24 months already. Telkom is pathetic!!! I will never take put a contract with that company again!
