Paying for cancelled lines

On 7 Oct 2015, I emailed a cancellation letter to Telkom for 6 lines. This was never done. I continued paying the high bills to keep my small business functional. In Dec 29015, Telkom suspended all lines destroying my small business. In Jan 2016, I spoke to their Liz at Hemingways in East London who wanted me tp forward the same letter to her. When I followed up after there was no word from her, she said she had forwarded it to her superior who had left for Port Elizabeth. I continued following up with no success. The initial bill was about R5000 and has sin e grown to about R9000 for cancelled and suspended lines. Our request to retain our email addresses were ignored and we are still without incoming emails. The accounts I am expected to pay include PABX which was cancelled before the ADSL and telephones were cancelled. My small business is as good as dead and I have salaries and rent to pay. With Telkom's insistence to be ineffecient, I can't continue visiting their offices to experience more sickness of their work ethics.
