Paying for a Watch I never received. Telkom is a ****.

I took a contract with Telkom 5 months ago. It was for a smart watch and a phone. I received a phone and I was told I will receive the watch the following week. I have been waiting since. I have tried calling and going to the store (Telkom mall of Africa) with no success.

I am already paying for the watch that I don't have and Telkom refuses to terminate my contract.

So I'm paying for something I never received.
