Paying for a Telkom line that is defective 3 weeks

no connection I have reported my land line numerous time in the last 2 weeks NO JOY Telkom is just ignoring me when I phoned them the voice prompt said number does not exist. my opinion they *****ing our money because they replaced all there vechiles ( colt) bakkies with new Ford rangers don't there technicians know how to drive because they surely don't know how to fix telephone lines WE NEED MORE SERVICE PROVIDERS Mnr Richard Branson must buy Telkom and replace all these suckers or Neotel must take over Telkom is pathetic!!!!!!
