Paying for a service that you don't get

The worst service ever even the call center team leaders don't stick to what they say and stop replying to your emails the team leader with the name Nqobile Thusini does not reply to any emails then another team leader buy the name of Brenda has the most arrogant attitude. People don't go to telkom line gets suspended you make the payment and wait for 101 working days before they will reconnect your. Line. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I got a message to send the details the the following email address ********** after the first hello Peter complaint and to use the reference AI ********** and guess what they also just don't reply........ </p>
