Paying for a service that does not work as advertised and demonstrated

<p>Telkom ref: 189 680 20</p> <p>We signed up for the Telkom LTE 200GB Package, but the service is absolutely pathetic. The call Centre staff are brilliant, but the so called managers are not as brilliant!</p> <p> </p> <p>We had a technician visit the premises for scan, with a report to install a lte booster.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have called numerous times with detailed notes and to date we are still waiting, not being able to make full use of the service as advertised and demonstrated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
