Paying for a service i do not have!

I am paying R599 a month for the home uncapped yet my ADSL does nto sync and is constantly offline!!! I have logged a fault but i keep getting sms's stating they are working on it! this issue is friom day 1. HOW DAMN LONG DOES IT TAKE TO LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM!!!! WILL I GET A CREDIT FOR DOWNTIME?????????????????????????? CANT WAIT TO LEAVE HELLKOM!
