Paying for a service i do not have

<p>We have gone into Telkom centre in George 12 times and still they debit us for a service every month that we cannot use.</p> <p>So we are now paying for 2 contracts with Telkom monthly and one is non existant. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT IT OUT???</p>
