Paying for a service I am not using - Suspend services to Un-suspend at a later stage!

Hi,

I have h=just tried to suspend my wi-fi fibre services with Telkom, only to be told that, they can no longer suspend they have top cancel the service and then when i need the service i need to apply for a line again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have in my time never missed a payment to Telkom and they cannot accommodate me with my request.

How can you expect me to pay for something that I am not using? Nor will you help me.
