Paying for a service i am not recieving
Cancelled my month-to-month contract in February. The cancellation was never finalized but my service has been suspended! I am still paying for this service and no one can tell me why!!
My billing is in shambles. I have paid R2900 to Telkom this month when all i have is a R500 p.m cell phone contract. Have sent bank statements and have been told that i will have to wait up to 19 working days for feedback.
Pathetic Telkom!
